Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

At Kolkata Home Design, we strive to provide quality services to our users. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation After 24 Hours:
Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing an order may be subject to a processing fee, and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly. After Customer Id generation with an advance amount approx 30-35% of your total amount , each client must have to follow our official E-Agreement with info@kolkatahomedesign.com or kolkatahomedesign@gmail.com for part payment. In any stage of the design service the client can be quiet but the working price or payable, refundable price will be decided by KHD official procedure not client understanding.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within next 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.

No-Show or Non-Delivery :
In the case of no-show or non-delivery of services or hard copy of design, a lumpsum amount of printing hard copy’s & delivery charges will be refund. As KHD must always be sent all soft pdf and JPG file to given client email. 

2. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations:
Users can request cancellations by contacting our customer support team through [insert contact email or phone number]. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
Kolkata Home Design reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure, or unavailability of service providers. In such cases, users will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.

3. Exceptions to Refund

Refunds may not be applicable in the following circumstances:

If services have already been initiated or completed.
If cancellation requests are made after the agreed-upon service delivery time.
