FOUNDER BACKGROUND

SOUMEN JANA

Civil Engineer & Architect

During my early years in preschool, my most cherished activity was creating drawings on the board, a joy that remained steadfast throughout my youth. Upon entering college, my fascination gravitated towards civil engineering, a discipline that fosters innovation and the creation of novel designs. This profession not only resonated with my penchant for originality but also presented a continuous stream of new challenges each day.

Subsequently, I embarked on gaining invaluable construction experience by joining India’s leading company in the field, L&T Construction Ltd. Concurrently, in 2013, I founded KOLKATA HOME DESIGN, marking the inception of my entrepreneurial journey. Continuing my pursuit of knowledge and skill refinement, I enrolled in a Bachelor of Architecture program at the esteemed TECHNO INDIA UNIVERSITY.

By 2018, our firm had gained significant recognition in Kolkata and across West Bengal, and we presently extend our services globally, catering to diverse corners of the world.
