ALI RESIDENCE  is designed as a contemporary neoclassical duplex residence that balances elegance, functionality, and spatial comfort within a compact urban plot. The planning focuses on proper zoning of private and common spaces, ensuring smooth circulation, natural ventilation, and maximum daylight throughout the building.

The architectural composition emphasizes symmetrical massing, projected balconies, and layered façade elements to create visual depth and a timeless residential character. Open terraces, landscaped setbacks, and large openings strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while enhancing the overall living experience.
